Participants, families, carers, and support coordinators in Australia can submit a request. You describe the supports you need, your general location, and how support is funded — without publishing your name on a public board.

What happens after I submit?

You receive a confirmation email with a private status link. Registered providers with matching capacity may send offers. You review each offer and choose whether to share your contact details — providers cannot see your contact until you accept.

Can I request a specific provider?

Yes. From Browse provider capacity, open a listing and use Request this support. Your request is routed only to the provider who published that listing.

What does provider capacity mean on CarePlace?

Capacity listings show that a registered provider has availability for certain support types in a suburb and state. Listings do not include participant names or care plans — only what the provider chooses to publish about their availability.
