HealthOS Pty Ltd ("HealthOS", "we", "us") provides practice management software for Australian NDIS providers, aged care and home care organisations, and allied health practices. This policy describes how we handle personal information on our public marketing website and in our commercial relationship with subscribing organisations.
Information we collect
On the marketing site we may collect contact details you submit (name, email, phone, organisation), analytics data (pages visited, device type), and cookies used for basic performance measurement. Customer organisations control participant, worker, and clinical data inside the HealthOS product under their own privacy policies and the Privacy Act 1988.
How we use information
We use marketing enquiries to respond to demos and sales, improve our website, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information. Product data is processed only to deliver the service described in your organisation agreement, with Australian hosting (Sydney primary, Melbourne disaster recovery) unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Disclosure
We may disclose information to infrastructure providers (hosting, email), professional advisers, or regulators where required by law. Subprocessors are bound by confidentiality and data handling terms appropriate to health and disability services.
