Agreement
These terms apply to use of the HealthOS marketing website. Use of the HealthOS software is governed by a separate subscription agreement between your organisation and HealthOS Pty Ltd.
Website content
Information on this site is general in nature and does not constitute clinical, legal, or financial advice. Product capabilities may change; published roadmaps are indicative.
Acceptable use
You must not attempt to disrupt the site, scrape content in violation of robots.txt, or use the site for unlawful purposes. Public job and shift listings are provided by third-party organisations; HealthOS does not guarantee employment outcomes.
Intellectual property
HealthOS branding, documentation, and software are protected by copyright and trade mark laws. You may not copy or redistribute materials without written permission.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, we exclude liability for indirect loss arising from use of the marketing site. Nothing limits rights that cannot be excluded by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Courts in New South Wales have non-exclusive jurisdiction.
