Aged Care Quality Standards

The Aged Care Quality Standards are the national framework defining the level of care providers must deliver across consumer dignity, ongoing assessment, personal and clinical care, services and supports, organisation's service environment, feedback and complaints, human resources, and organisational governance.

Providers must demonstrate compliance against each standard with operational evidence — care plans, training records, complaints handling, leadership oversight. The Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission audits providers against the framework.

Software that maps daily operations to Quality Standards evidence turns audit preparation into export rather than re-assembly.
