NDIS Price Guide

The NDIS Price Guide is the NDIA-published document that defines support line items, maximum prices, and applicable rules — including state, time-of-day, and remote pricing — for NDIS-funded supports.

The Price Guide is updated regularly. Claims that exceed published price caps, or that use an inappropriate line item for the support delivered, are rejected by PACE. Pre-validating claims against the current Price Guide prevents the most common rework cycles.

Software vendors should publish how quickly they update Price Guide rules in their product after an NDIA release — the answer should be days, not quarters.
