PACE (NDIS provider payment platform)

PACE is the National Disability Insurance Agency's newer provider payments and participant management platform, progressively replacing parts of the legacy PRODA-based my place provider portal.

PACE consolidates participant plan information, service bookings, and claim submission into a single Agency-managed platform. Registered providers and plan managers submit claims, view plan-managed budgets, and manage participant relationships through PACE for participants whose plans have moved across.

Some NDIS workflows still run through PRODA (the Services Australia digital identity gateway) during the transition. Providers commonly need to operate both systems on a per-participant basis until the migration completes — which is why HealthOS treats PACE and PRODA as first-class workflows rather than alternatives.
